Come see how we give this old, beat up, light fixture an updated new look!
This old light fixture was close to being thrown out several times (hubby wanted it out) but we really felt like this ugly ducking had such potential to become a beautiful swan.
The only things we need to buy for the update was 1 can of bronze hammered spray paint & new lightbulbs.
First we removed all lightbulbs & removed the covers over the wiring. Using blue paint tape to cover all the exposed wiring (see picture), we spray painted the light fixture with the spray paint.
We love how this light fixture turned out. And pretty important is that it was easy to do. We just don’t have the time or energy for complicated -as you have heard us say repeatedly.
