Consultations:

We always begin with a 1 hour walk through consultation. This can include homeowner, realtor or both. Verbal recommendations will be discussed and after, a list of the recommendations will be emailed. Price for 1 hour walk through consultation is $195. Price will be credited towards staging package if you choose to use FBD for your staging needs. 

If needed, we are also available for a 2+ hour walk through consult that can include larger home projects recommendations. Paint Color, Light Fixture, Carpet Colors are to name a few.  Price TBD.

Staging Packages for Realtors:

1. Surface Staging which includes all decorative decor on counter tops.
2. Light Staging which includes surface decor plus smaller accent piece furniture, lamps & art.
3. Partial Staging for a vacant home focuses on key rooms of the house.
4. Partial Staging for owner occupied house focuses on using a mixture of home owners items & FBD Home Staging items with a focus on key rooms.
5. Full Home Staging for vacant home includes furniture & surface staging.
