Easy Taco Soup Recipe Hearty & Healthy

This soup is a family favorite that’s quick & oh-so easy to make! It’s hearty & filling and yet also low calorie & healthy. Give it a try & don’t admit how easy it was to make…

Soup Ingredients:

• 1 Chopped Onion
• 1 Package Ground Turkey 18 oz.
• 1-2 cans of Diced Tomatoes (I used petite diced)
• 1 can Diced Green Chiles 4 oz.
• 2 cans of Beans: kidney, pinto, black, white (use your favorite) or a mix
• 1 bag Frozen Corn
• 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
• 1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1 box  Chicken Stock 32oz.

Brown the ground turkey & diced onion. Season with taco seasoning mix. Add the rest of ingredients, bring to low boil and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Now the fun part, ladle into a bowl & add your favorite toppings. Or you can make a topping bar & let everyone chose their favorites: Cheese, Sour Cream, Chopped Cilantro, Diced Avocado, Mild Picked Jalapeños, Tortilla Strips, Sliced Olives, Hot Sauce.
