A Christmas Joy Marquee Wreath

11/23/2015 By frugelegance@aol.com 15 Comments

Our Light Up Christmas Joy Wreath is part old & part new. This is the same beautiful wreath we have used & loved before and now, with a batter operated JOY marquee sign it gets an updated new look.

It was so easy to attach the letters using white zip ties. They are easy to tie around the letter & the battery pack- just secure, tie & trim the excess.

Marquee lights are so popular now. They come in letters, symbols, signs & can be plug in or batter operated. We found this battery operated JOY Marquee sign at a local discount store, The Grocery Outlet, and we couldn’t resist giving it a try, especially for the low price- $14.99! And the vision came- a Christmas Joy Marquee Wreath! And best part, it was so easy to do- just the way we like it! Decor turned new again makes it more special & we just love the way it came out.

Researching some online options for battery operated Marquee Signs. There was a wide range in prices and varieties of signs too. We found some more affordable options at Hobby Lobby & Amazon. A nice variety of signs were at Ebay too.

Looking to compare some prices for the mesh ribbon? Such an easy addition to any wreath, mantel, stair bannister or anywhere for your holiday decor. We compared some options at Amazon, Michael’s & Hobby Lobby,

Hi Zakkiya- so glad you like our wreath! I will give all the credit to Carol though because we were shopping together and when she saw this marquee light she said right away “Let’s add it to the wreath”. She was spot on with that because it really looks new again with the lights. 😉 Happy Holidays!

Oh my gosh this is my favorite mesh ribbon Christmas wreath yet! The ribbons you combined together make a gorgeous holiday wreath on their own but adding that battery operated marquee sign – yes please. Pinned to share.
