We are Carol & Randi, aka The FruGirls. We started FrugElegance by Design Home Staging out of our passion (or you can call it our addiction) for bargain shopping (we say treasure hunting). We love decorating and strive to achieve that high end look, but for less. What started out as a small side company, has grown into something so much more.
