Quick & Easy Dinner~
I like a quick weeknight dinner. I cut up a fresh pineapple, bell pepper, onions and thread onto my skewers with aidells teriyaki & pineapple chicken meatballs. They just need to be grilled until they are warm and veggies of your choice are cooked.
Microwave a bag of frozen brown rice from Traders Joes to serve as a side dish or, make a quick tossed salad, to keep the meal low carb.
Brush some Yoshidas sauce, prior to grilling. This adds a wonderful flavor.
